摘    要:着眼于职前师范生基本教学技能训练,对微格教学工作必须提高认识,优化教学技能训练条件,探索微格教学训练的实用模式,坚持理论与实践研究相结合来提高教学技能训练水平。提出了信息化进程中微格教学发展急需解决的课题。

Abstract:From fostering the basic teaching skill of the teachers college students before they go to work, this paper introduces the following main idea: deepening our understanding of microteaching work; improving the training condition of teaching skills; exploration on practicality pattern in microteaching work; adhering to the combination of theory and practice; improving the training level of teaching skills; Meanwhile, this paper puts forward some new ideas to the development of microteaching in the process of information.
