摘    要:由于电价下降,汽价上升,氯碱企业的工艺指标,特别是电解液浓度不作调整,显然难以保证电、汽费用最低。本文通过计算机模拟给出了最优浓度程序和蒸发计算程序,为优化蒸发操作指标提供了依据。

Abstract:Because of the price of electricity depression and the price of vapor elevation, if chlor-alrali plants are not adjusted, especially the concentration of electrolyte, and the least cost of electricity and vapor will not be ensured in evidence. Through computer flowsheeting, the optimal concentration of electrolyte for our factory is given out in the paper, as result the cost will be cut down obviously. At the same time, the program which will be used asking for the optimal concentration of electrolyte is given out, the program which will be used calculating of evaporation flow and optimalizing the target of evaporation operation is also given out.
