MnO2纳米棒的水热制备及表征

摘    要:以MnCl2·4H2O和KMnO4为主要反应物,通过简单的水热方法合成了MnO2纳米棒,所得产物用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)进行了表征。在水热反应过程中,反应时间和反应浓度对纳米棒的形成有重要的作用,在MnO2纳米棒催化过氧化氢降解亚甲基蓝过程中表明其具有催化性能。

Abstract:MnO_2 nanorods can be hydrothermally synthesized by using MnCl_2·4H_2O and KMnO_4 as main materials. The as—synthesized samples are characterized by X—ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The effects of reaction temperature and reaction concentration on the products of MnO_2 are investigated.The result shows that the reaction temperature and reaction concentration are the main factors leading to the morphology of MnO_2.In addition,further experiments show that the as—prepared MnO_2 nanorods have catalytic effect on the oxidation and decomposition of the methylene blue(MB) dye with H_2O_2
