第三代伞状喷雾空间分布特性实验研究

摘    要:提出了第三代伞状喷雾——贯穿距可调喷雾概念,并在大气压下,对2种碰撞角度、5种启喷压力的第三代伞状喷雾和多孔喷雾进行了高速摄影,比较分析了它们的空间分布特性.结果表明:燃油碰壁使喷雾沿导向锥面呈扇形展开,喷雾贯穿距变短,但喷雾的空间展开面积变大,周向分布更加均匀;通过改变碰撞角度能够调整喷雾贯穿距,从而避免喷雾与燃烧室壁的碰撞;随着启喷压力的增加,喷雾贯穿距和扇形角也相应增大;喷孔数、碰撞角度和启喷压力三者的合理配合对第三代伞状喷雾至关重要.

Abstract:A new generation conical spray system with adjustable penetration is developed.By applying impinging spray,adjustable penetration in design is realized.High speed photography is employed to obtain the spray characteristics of new system with two impinging angles and five opening pressures in standard pressure condition.The results show that by applying spray impingement,spray spreads along the conical surface as the shape of sectors,spray penetration decreases and the diffusivity of spray increases obviously.Through adjusting the impinging angle,homogeneous mixture of fuel and air is developed circumferentially and the spray impingement on the chamber wall is avoided.The penetration and flabelliform angle increase as the opening pressure increases.The reasonable combination of nozzle hole number,impingement angle and valve opening pressure is very important to the new conical spray.
