电动车电池箱更换设备运动控制技术研究

摘    要:在电动汽车智能充换电系统中,电池更换设备主要用于实现电池箱在电动汽车与充电架之间的快速更换.为了进一步提高电池更换设备操作的自动化程度及其工作效率,根据系统所确定的电池箱位置信息及运动指令,对电池箱更换过程运动轨迹进行合理规划,从而实现对更换设备的运动控制.

Abstract:In the intelligent charging system of electric vehicles, the modern battery changing equipment is mainly used to change the battery box rapidly between charging rack and the electric vehicle. To improve the efficiency and the automation degree of the battery changing equipment, we try to make a more reason- able plan for the trajectory of the battery changing equipment, thus realizing the motion control of the changing device.
