中碳钢短裂纹扩展规律及其在疲劳寿命预测上的应用

摘    要:从研究中碳合金结构钢35CrMo,42CrMO三点弯曲缺口试件的疲劳裂纹萌生及短裂纹扩展规律出发,研究了疲劳过程中各个阶段所占总疲劳的百分比,并以短裂纹扩展规律为基,提出了预测试件疲劳寿命的经验公式。

Abstract:Starting from the study of the fatigue crack initiation and the short crack growth law of the notch specimen for the medium carbon alloying structural steels 35CrMo and 42CrMo under three point bending condition,the percentages in every stage of the fatigue process were investigated.A method for evaluating the fatigue life was suggested according to the short crack growth law.
