摘    要:正辛醇/水分配系数(kow)是研究有机化合物环境行为的重要参数,可以用来估算和衡量很多与疏水性有关的理化性质。采用摇瓶法测定了三聚氰胺的正辛醇/水分配系数,测定结果表明:在25℃,振荡24h达到分配平衡,正辛醇/水分配系数为-0.855。表明三聚氰胺是一种难以分配到有机相中的化合物。

Abstract:Octanol /water partition coefficient (Kow) is an important parameter for the study on environmental behaviors of organic compounds, which can be used to estimate and measure the physical and chemical properties of hydrophobicity. In this study, the octanol/water partition coefficient of melamine is detected by using shake flask method. Results show the octanol/water partition coefficient is -0.855 after shaking for 24 hours, which indicate that melamine is a compound cannot be enriched by organism easily.
