| 摘 要： | 采用金属罐消解法进行溶解,以ICP-OES法测定土壤中Ba的含量。经国家一级土壤标准物质样品测定验证,结果与标准值吻合,测得Ba的方法检出限为0.01mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.80%～2.7%,回收率为98%～104%。

| Abstract: | This method used canister-digestion to dissolve the compounds,then determined the content of barium(Ba) in the soil by ICP-OES method.Compared with National first level soil reference materials,the detection value agreed well with standard values,the detection limit of Ba was 0.01mg/L,RSD(relative standard deviation)was 0.80%～2.7%,the recovery rate was 98%～104%. |
