| 摘 要： | 以甲醇为内标,采用HP-INNOWAX（30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm）毛细管柱,氢火焰离子化检测器,进样口温度：200℃;检测器温度：250℃;柱温：60℃保持7 min;230℃下运行5 min,对盐酸头孢甲肟中乙醇溶液的残留量进行测定,结果表明：乙醇在2.0～1 000.0 mg.L-1内线性关系良好（r=0.999 3）,检出限为0.000 65%,回收率为97.80%～99.60%,RSD值为1.36%～2.21%.本方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,适合用于盐酸头孢甲肟中乙醇残留溶剂的测定.

| Abstract: | A method for determining the residues of 6 kinds of solvents in cefmenoxime hydrochloride by capillary gas chromatography was established.The capillary column was HP-INNOWAX(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm) with methanol as the internal standard,and FID as detector.The temperatures of the injector and the detector were controlled at 200 ℃ and 250 ℃,respectively.The column temperature was maintained at 60 ℃ for 7 minutes with the postrun at 230 ℃ for 5 minutes.The results showed that excellent linearity(r= 0.999 3) was obtained.The average recoveries were 97.80% to 99.60% with RSD from 1.36% to 2.21%.The method is simple,accurate and sensitive,which can be used to determine ethanol residual in cefmenoxime hydrochloride. |
