| 摘 要： | 目的:建立葛枳胶囊中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Diamonsil C18(5μm,4.6mm×200 mm),流动相为甲醇-36%乙酸-水=25∶3∶72,流速为0.8mL.min-1,检测波长为250nm。结果:葛根素在0.063 68～0.700 5μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为103.39%,RSD为2.49%。结论:该方法专属性强,准确可靠,重复性好,可用于葛枳胶囊中葛根素的质量控制与分析。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish the determination method of puerarin in Gezhi capsules.Methods: HPLC method was used.The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18(5μm,4.6mm×200 mm).The mobile phase was methanol-36% acetic acid-water(25∶3∶72).The flow rate was 0.8mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 250nm.Results: The linear of puerarin was in the range of 0.063 68～0.700 5μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 103.39% and RSD was 2.49%.Conclusion: The method has a good specificity,and it is accurate,reliable and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of puerarin in Gezhi capsules. |
