| 摘 要： | 研究生培养模式科学与否,可直接影响着研究生的教育质量.创新和实践能力的培养是工科研究生教育所关注的重要方面,培养具有创新意识和工程实践能力的多学科复合型人才,是社会对工科研究生的基本要求。基于我校工科硕士研究生教育的实践和存在问题,在吸取国内外成功经验的基础上,笔者提出了工科研究生培养模式的创新点,以期提高研究生培养的质量.

| Abstract: | The educational mode for postgraduates plays an important role for the postgraduate education.The improvement of creative and practical ability is an important part of engineering postgraduate education,the cultivation of complex talent of multidisciplinary with sense of innovation and practical engineering ability is the requirement of engineering postgraduates from the society.In the paper,in order to improve the cultivation quality,based on the practices and the problems of engineering postgraduate education in Hainan University,and the successful experiences home and abroad,the innovation of the educational mode for engineering postgraduates was proposed. |
