| 摘 要： | 目前临床上使用的镇痛药物多具有成瘾性和耐受性等副作用,大大限制了其在临床上的应用,而芋螺毒素具有疗效好、不成瘾、副作用少等优点,因而具有潜在的开发价值和广阔的应用前景.目前已有多种芋螺毒素正被进行临床前及临床试验,其中用于治疗神经性疼痛的新药就达9种之多,本文介绍了具有镇痛活性的芋螺毒素的研究现状及其应用情况.

| Abstract: | The side effects of analgesic drugs,such as addiction and tolerability,have limited their clinical application.Because of its good efficacy,no addition and fewer side effects,the conotoxins have broad application prospects.There are many conotoxins being used for pre-clinical and clinical experiments,and nine of them were used for treating neuropathic pain.In the paper,the conotoxins with analgesic activities were reviewed. |
