| 摘 要： | 为了解海南省成年人的体质健康现状,对2000年和2010年海南省成年人的身体形态、机能及身体素质指标进行了分析,结果表明：10年来,海南省成年男子的身高和体质量上升,皮褶厚度显著下降;成年女子血压和脉搏上升,肺活量数值明显下降;成年人上肢及躯干力量下降,反应能力加强;身体素质指标整体表现出良好的变化趋势,平衡能力有了大幅度的提高。海南省成年人体质状况整体上向好的趋势发展,男性体质发展趋势优于女性体质.

| Abstract: | In our report,adults physique index in Hainan from 2000 to 2010 including body shape,physical function and physical quality and so on were analyzed.The results showed that the height and body weight of adult men showed an increase,skin fold thickness showed a significant decrease;the blood pressure and pulse of adult women showed an increase,vital capacity showed a significant decrease;adult upper limbs and trunk strength showed a decrease,but reaction capacity showed a strength;the whole index of physical quality showed a good change trend,and balance ability has been greatly improved.The overall development trend in Hainan is better,the physique development trend of male is better than that of female. |
