| 摘 要： | 证券金融公司源于信用交易制度，是一种较为特殊的证券中介机构。目前，我国建立证券金融公司制度的客观条件已经具备。证券金融公司是否真的能够推出，何时才能够得以推出，关键要看我国金融市场化的具体走向以及政府决策层的决心。

| Abstract: | Financial company of the securities come from the trade system of cred it.It is a kind of comparatively special securities intermediary.Now,the obje ctive condition of our country which sets up financial company of the securities has already possessed.Whether financial company of the securities can really put out and when can just put out,it's determined the concrete trend with market-based finance of our country and the resolution of government's policy maker. |
