摘    要:本文以硫酸锰和高锰酸钾为原料,用液相沉淀法制备a-MnO2,通过调节反应时间、温度和pH等因素研究a-MnO2的制备工艺条件.经XRD、SEM表征分析表明:硫酸锰和高锰酸钾在80-90℃,反应4—6hpH值1~2,得到棒径约为10~20nm、分散均匀的a-MnO2,该制备工艺简单,易于实现工业化.

Abstract:In this paper, a-MnO was prepared throuth adjusting the reaction time, temperature and pH by liquid phase precipitation using potassium permanganate and manganese sulfate as raw materials. The sample was characterized by XRD and SEM. The results showed that the rod-like mMnO2 with sectional radius about 10-20 nm was prepered at 80- 90 ℃ and pH 1-2 in 4-6 hours.
