| 摘 要： | 采用GC技术对烟叶中4个主要生物碱作了定量分析，提出了一种快速，简便，准确测定烟叶样品中生物碱的含量的气相色谱方法，极大地简化了烟叶样品的前处理过程，缩短了色谱分析时间，整个色谱分析时间只需5min。 |

| Abstract: | Gas chromatography is applied as a quantitative method to determination the biologic alkalis in tobacco leaf sample.It's a rapid,simple and accurate method.Pretreatment of tobacco sample has been simplified and analysis time of GC also has been shortened.The whole analysis time needs no more than 5 minutes. |
