| 摘 要： | 以成都市主要高校的用地情况为切入点,通过对影响高校土地集约利用和长远发展的功能要素的选取和权重的计算,构建评价模型,验证模型的有效性,选取一种较为合理的客观的评价方法,评价高校土地集约利用情况,并提出了建立"退地"机制、建立土地集约得用责任制和制定扩建审批指标3项促进高校土地集约利用的措施建议.

| Abstract: | Taking the land use situation of the main universities in Chengdu as the breakthrough point,we constructed an assessment model based on the calculations of the university land intensive use and the long-term development function factors.Verifying the validity of the model and choosing an reasonable objective assessment method,we evaluated the utilization of land intensive use of universities and proposed the "abandonment of land" mechanism,the establishment of the intensive of land responsibility system and the development of the extension of the approval index,which can promote the university intensive land use. |
