| Abstract: | To be equipped with virtue and talent is origining from the Confucius＇ Renqiezhi,extending to Chairman Mao＇ Youhongyouzhuan.In theroitical it includes Decaijianbei（equipped with virtue and talent） and virtue precedent,harmony with others and collective in prior.Decaijianbei have many manifestations and expressions.Following Decaijianbei can be approved by everybody while violating it can be criticized by people. |
