大学生打工维权之现状与对策

近年来，大学生利用假期或课余时间打工呈明显上升趋势，大学生打工合法权益受侵害之现象也屡见不鲜，因此，大学生打工如何保障自己的合法权益，减少合法权益受到不必要的侵害成为一个亟待解决的问题。《劳动合同法》于2008年1月1日起正式实施，它对原有劳动合同制度进行了全新的规定，使大学生维权有了更加明确的法律保障。
