| 摘 要： | 以世界女子田径运动的发展特征为基础，以各项目训练中的技术、形态、生理机能、身体素质和训练的计划性、系统性等实践特征的专家反馈信息参数为依据，对因子变量与各项目发展的随机聚合趋势进行了研究，针对世界各国教练员专业理论的整体结构特征和主要以技术与身体素质特征为对应点的项目成绩提高减缓现象，以及中国女子中长跑成绩突飞猛进的现象之原因，从理论上提出了推动女子田径运动进一步发展的相应对策．
