葡萄糖耐量因子研究综述

三价铬是生物体内一种必需的微量元素，葡萄糖耐量因子被认为是铬在生物体内的活性成分，自提出了葡萄糖耐量因子以来，生物无机化学领域在探索葡萄糖耐量因子的结构和功能方面已做了大量工作，但至今尚未搞清它的结构，本文从七个方面介绍了葡萄糖耐量因子的研究状况，其中包括采用酵母发酵测定葡萄糖耐量因子生物活性是不可靠的最新实验进展，试图从多个侧面向读者展示这一研究领域，以引起更多的科学工作者的兴趣和重视。

REVIEW IN THE STUDY OF GLUCOSE TOLERANCE FACTOR

Chromium in trivalent is a biological esssential trace element ,glucose tolerance factor(GTF)is regarded as the active component of chromium in vivo. Since GTF has been suggested , a lotd of workabout the structure and the function of GTF has been established in the bioinorsanic chemical field , but thestructure of GTP is nat clear colnpletely.This paper reviews the development of GTF reaserch from sevenaspects ,including the new experimental results about the unreliability of GTF biological activity aeay byyeast fermentation , and attempts to reveal the contents of this research field to readers from many aspucts,in order to pay attention to it and in terest in it.
