| 摘 要： | 本文总结了某中学十年来群体活动的历史经验和教训，论证了普及与提高的辩证统一关系。明确指出，作为一名中学体育教师要始终保持视野的多维度和思维的多层次，以普及促提高，以提高带普及，不仅可以满足学生个性发展的不同需求，丰富学生业余文化生活，而且能够调动学生自觉、持久地参加体育锻炼的积极性，还可以为国家提供体育专业人才的后备军。

| Abstract: | The essay sums up the historical experiences and lessons from enarly a decade of mob athlete sports in a middle school, and proves the dialectic relationship between the widespread and the improvement of mob athletic sports. It also points out that a middle school teacher must always have a multidimentional eyesight and a multiply thought in order to not only satisfy the different demands to the individualization of the students,and enrich the sparetime activities of the students,but also make them actively and persistently join in the athletic sports. |
