| 摘 要： | 随着计算机网络的不断发展，网络编程变得越来越重要，除了简单的WEB编程外，还包括利用套接口(Socket)进行客户/服务器应用程序的设计．本文先对与套接口相关的概念和函数作了一般性介绍，并提出了网络程序设计的流程，最后通过一个端口扫描程序来说明套接口编程的一般方法．
