| 摘 要： | 伴随着经济全球化和中国入世，以及“振兴东北老工业基地”政策的实施，东北各城市面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战；城市投资环境的质量更是成为影响其发展的重要因素．本文运用GIS技术和层次分析法．与长春市、松原市同时评价并进行对比分析，从而全面评价白城市投资环境的总体质量并提出优化调控对策，为进一步改善投资环境、促进城市发展提供一定的参考．

| Abstract: | Following the economical globalization and entering the WTO with China, as well as implementing for policy of promoting the northeast old industrial base especially, The quality of the investment environment for the Baicheng city of Jilin Province becomes the important factor of restricting its development especially. Therefore, this paper assesses comprehensively the overall quality of the investment environment based on GIS and AHP methods for Baicheng city, assessing simultaneously with Changchun city and Songyuan city and carrying on the contrast analysis, and offers certain reference for further improving the investment environment. |
