摘    要:研究了回火态W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢刀具在超低温温度场中发生相变。占高速钢体积百分数最大的回火马内体脱溶出细小、弥散的碳化物颗粒,残留奥氏体也相继发生马氏体转变,最后残留2%左右。试验表明,超低温处理后的高速钢刀具的机械性能进一步增加,特别是耐磨性能显著提高,延长了高速钢刀具的使用寿命。

Abstract:In the cryogenic temperature field , the phase transition of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel tool at tempered state is studied . The tempering martensite accounting for the largest volume percentage of high speed steel precipitates fine and dispersed carbide grains ; the retained austenitc continuously transforms into martensite too , and finally retains about 2% . The tests show that the mechanical properties of the HSS cutting tool by cryogenic treatment can be further increased , in particular , the antiwear property is observably raised . The service life of the HSS cutting tool is prolonged.
