| Abstract: | In terms of the national security,"the Northeast phenomenon" is the concrete resemblance of the threats to the regional non-traditional security.Revitalizing the Northeast China is a significant policy of China in response to the nontraditional security issue.A non-traditional security system of China will be constructed through the Northeast revitalization and the enhancement of the cross-region cooperation. |
