| Abstract: | Universities are increasingly expanding in scale, which brings new challenges and opportunities to the asset management in the colleges and universities. It plays very important role in the management of colleges and univesities to raise the awareness of rational distribution and efficient use of state - owned property rights, to establish and improve state - owned assets management system, to strengthen the supervision of keeping and increasing the value of state - owned assets and to diversify the management in the assets operation. |
