高压管汇三通管件有限元及疲劳断裂分析

摘    要:应用固体力学中的有限元分析理论对高压管汇的典型构件-三能管分别在荷载工况为50,70,100MPa下进行分析计算,找出最大应力和最大位移所在位置,并在此基础上应用相应的断裂力学准则对此构件进行疲劳寿命分析、一次性失稳断裂分析及裂纹扩展寿命分析,从而为高压管汇的正确和安全使用提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:The finite element theory of solid mechanics was applied on the analysis and calculation of typical component tee joints of high pressure pipe joints under load case of 50?MPa, 70?MPa,100?MPa.The maximum stress has been obtained in the process. Based on it, the corresponding rules of fracture mechanics were applied on the analysis of fatigue life span, one off losing stability fracture and crack growth life. As a result, it can provide credible basis for the use of high pressure pipe joints in correct and safe way.
