设计智能决策支持系统的认知工程方法

摘    要:基于作者近年研制我国宏观经济智能决策支持系统的经验,本文提出一种设计智能决策支持系统(IDSS)的认知工程方法。并强调智能决策支持系统这一辅助决策工具的使用旨在提高最终用户(决策者)的认知决策能力。为此,对系统功能设计和适用技术实现作了相应的探讨。

Abstract:The paper presents the conceptual and operational basis of the creation of IDSS based on our recent research experiences. In this paper, an intelligent decision support system, IDSS, is defined as: "any interactive system that is specially designed to improve the decision making of its user by extending the user's cognitive decision making abilities". The important points of this definition are that the IDSS is necessarily an interactive system, and that it augments the human decision maker's ability to make decisions with its intelligence equipped. The IDSS is intended to remove some obstacles or relax some constraint that is preventing the human decision maker from making the best possible decision. Thus it is defined relative to some specific unaided or baseline decision making system which might already be computerized or otherwise contain some automated elements. The paper gives the corresponding support needs with respect to the listed cognitive difficulties and determines the specific support function that can best fulfill each need and alleviate the corresponding decision making difficulty. Six general support functions and their technological implementation for human decision makers are described.
