硅热稠密物质状态方程计算

摘    要:在球元胞、中心力场、相对论Fermi统计近似下,用平均原子模型计算硅热稠密物质在任意温度和密度下的单电子能级和状态方程。不仅提供了硅在高温高压状态下状态方程的数值解,而且可作为研制X射线激光器的方法,对获得可能的X光跃迁波长有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:n the spherical lattice cell,central-field and relativistic Fermi statistics ap-proximations , an algorithm is presented with average atom model to calculate electron levels and the eoution of state for hot and dense matter at arbitrary density and temprature. It not only provides the numerical solution of the e-quation of state of Si at high temprature high preasure but also offers a method for developing X- ray laser,and has a certain reference value to get the possible X- ray transition- wavelength.
