| 摘 要： | 加强社会主义文化建设对塑造大学生公民意识具有积极意义。对于加强社会主义文化建设的剖析主要立足于科学发展观理论，从坚持马克思主义在意识形态中的指导地位、建构中国特色社会主义共同理想、坚持正确舆论导向、推进文化体制改革、加强教育等几个方面分析在新形式下大学生公民意识塑造的有利途径。
