整体护理在儿科病房开展的做法和体会

目的探讨整体护理在儿科病房开展的做法。方法通过采取帮助患儿适应医院环境，结合不同年龄段患儿的心理特点，明确对护理人员的要求等措施，在儿科病房实施整体护理。结果儿科实行整体护理后，患儿及家长的恐惧、紧张心理得到消除。减少了患儿不必要的痛苦，护理人员技术操作得到不断提高，理论知识得到不断完善。结论整体护理在儿科病房开展，显示了护士的内在价值，密切了护患之间的关系，促进了护理事业的发展。

Experiences of holistic nursing in the pediatric wards

Objective：To discuss the measures of holistic nursing in the pediatric wards. Methods： Various measures were taken to enforce holistic nusing in the pediatric wards, such as helping children patients to adapt the hospital environments, combined with different psychological character among different ages, identifying the requirement of nurses. Results： After holistic nursing in the pediatric wards, the terror and tension in children patients and their parents were eliminated, the skills and knowledges of nurses were improved. Conclusions： Enforcement of holistic nursing can reveal the internal value of nurses, close the relationship between patients and nurses, and promote the development of nursing care delivery.
