无电焊接焊缝组织性能研究

摘    要:无电焊接是传统焊接与自蔓延高温合成(SHS)的集成创新技术,它工艺简便,不需外界能源即可进行焊接.对45钢无电焊接焊缝组织及力学性能的研究表明:焊缝冶金结合良好,线扫描曲线表明焊缝元素明显进入45钢基体组织;其抗拉强度可达348MPa,冲击韧性达44J/cm^2.该技术还能焊接有色金属,尤其适用于野外应急维修.

Abstract:Non-electric welding,which combines the advantages of traditional welding and Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis(SHS),is a newly developed technology with simple process and no energy supplement during welding.In this paper,two pieces of 45 steel sheets were welded by Non-electric welding,and the properties of joints were studied.The microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated by SEM,EDAX,hardness tester and tensile tester.The interfaces of the joints and matrix show excellent metallurgical bonding,and the elements of joints have diffused into substrate.Welded joints have high mechanical properties.The bonding strength can reach 348 MPa,and the impact toughness is 44 J/cm~2.Non-electric welding technology can also weld non-ferrous metals,and this technology especially suitable for the emergent maintenance of field.
