基于事故树理论的矿山人员触电事故致因分析

摘    要:本文采用安全系统工程方法,以陕西省某大理石矿为例,对矿山人员触电事故进行了事故树分析,并绘制出人员触电事故树分析图,直观地表现了各可能导致顶上事件发生的基本事件及其逻辑关系,通过对FTA的定性分析,得出了最小割集和结构重要度,指明了预防事故发生的可能途径。

Abstract:Taking a marble mine mining project in Shaanxi province for example,this paper uses the safe system project method to analyze the mining person electric shock accident with accident-tree.It also protracts the accident-tree of mining person electric shock accident which shows in an intuitionistic way all the possible basal incidents leading to the top incident and their logical relation.With the qualitative analysis of FTA, it obtains the minimal cut set and structure importance which indicate the possible approaches to avoid the accident.
