中国教育信息化发展进程中面临的最大问题是什么?——兼论选择"开放源码"软件路径

中国教育信息化已经取得了令人鼓舞的飞速发展.但是,在软件平台选择方面遇到了挑战性的问题:"合法应用软件".2003年微软建议上海市中小学购买正版软件事件本应引起教育界的深刻反思.但是,回避该问题已经使我们在人才培养方面付出了更大的代价.本文试图揭示"知识产权保护"在教育领域中的至关重要性并希望引起教育工作者的重视与探讨.为实现中国成为世界上最大创新型社会目标时,在教育领域中建立软件应用与发展的良好生态环境将是必然条件.同时讨论了选择"开放源码"软件为教育信息化平台不仅在技术上可行,"开放"路径选择也将最大程度地导引中国教育走向全面创新.

Main Challenge of Information Technique Applications in Educational Development of China——About Platform Selection on "Open Source" Software

In recent ten years,the mainland of China has undergone a rapid development of information technique applications in educational domains.However,illegal uses of computer software were considered to be the main issue,or the largest challenge,in this development.This paper describes the author's personal viewpoints toward solutions of overcoming the problem.First,it is necessary to enforce strict measurements on protecting intellectual properties within educational communities.Second,encouraging policies should be given on applications of open source software.Open source software is suitable not only from financial reasons,but also because it will provide an efficient approach for China to establish an innovative society whilst promoting intellectual capacities.
