基于XML的电子病历集成方法研究

电子病历的集成对提高医疗工作效率、改进医院管理、实现病人信息的异地共享具有特别重要的意义,分析了电子病历数据来源,针对数据来源的多样性,设计了两种基于XML的电子病历集成的方法,分别对基于数据的集中式和分散式的集成策略和实现方法进行了研究,并进一步讨论了两种方法的优缺点。使用这两种方法,可以有效地解决电子病历的存储、传递、表现和加工利用等方面的问题。

Research on the integration method of electronic patient record based on XML

Integration method for electronic patient record is an important research field in its development and application, it has special meaning for improving the medical efficiency, enhancing hospital management and sharing the patients information in two places, and it also has been an hot research scope in information Integration. In this paper, we analyze the data source of electronic patient record and then design two integration methods for electronic patient record based on XML aimed at the diversity of data source. Concentration strategy and decentralization strategy according the data source have been researched separately, and analyze advantage and disadvantage of two methods. The utilization of the two methods can solve the problems of storing, transferring, presenting and processing the electronic patient record.
