窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察

目的：观察窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）照射治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效．方法：采用NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病60例，并以银屑病皮损面积和严重度指数（PASI）评价疗效．结果：60例寻常型银屑病患者治愈30例（50％），显效25例（41．6％），有效3例（5％），无效2例（3．3％），有效率91．6％．疗程结束时平均照射剂量为（2．3±0．2）J／cm^2，平均照次数（28±2）次，累计照射剂量平均为（31．6±5．46）J／cm^2，有6例患者出现皮肤红肿、灼热感、瘙痒等不良反应．结论：NB-UVB照射治疗寻常银屑病安全、有效，可作为治疗寻常型银屑病的一种常规方法．

Observation on the Curative Effect of Narrow- band Ultraviolet B Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective：To study the curative effect of narrow- band ultraviolet B（NB - UVB） treating psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：60 cases of this disease were treated with NB - UVB and the curative effect was evaluated by psoriasis area and severity index（PASI）. Results：Among 60 cases 30 cases （50%） were cured,25 cases （41.6%） gained excellent effect,3 cases （5%） responded to the treatment and 2 eases（3.3 % ） failed to respond. The total effective rate was 91.6%. The average irradiation dosage was （2.3 ± 0.2）j/cm^2 ,the duration of irradiation was （28 ± 2） times and average total irradiation dosage was （31.6 ± 5.46）j/cm^2. 6 patients had such adverse reactions as red swelling ,burning heat sensation and prunitus of skin. Conclusion ：NB- UVB is safe and effective and can be applied as a routine treatment for psoriasis vulgaris. Key words：
