| Abstract: | The construction of “soft environment” for college libraries includes ideologies of library management, principles of library service, library's cultural environment,and so on. The writer believes that during the construction of the “soft environment”, thoughts should be given to the human-oriented aspects,so as to elevate the work of college libraries to a more effective and harmonious level. |
