| 摘 要： | 论述了系统节能的概念和方法 ,并以此为基础 ,分析轧钢系统能源消耗的现状 ,提出节能降耗的对策。指出在降低材比系数方面 ,要重点放在提高成材率和生产结构调整 ;在降低工序能耗方面 ,重点放在降低电能和加热能耗。

| Abstract: | The article expounds anoverall conception and method of systematic energy saving.With this as a startine point,situation of energy consumption is analaysed and measures for energy saving put forwand in roll steel system.Meanwhile it has been pointed out that raising rate of end product and adjusting production construction is the key in reducing ratio of steel products;lowering electric energy and heating energy consumption is the key in reducing process energy consumption. |
