国际关系伦理浅析

国际关系伦理探究的再度复兴是时代背景的使然，具有新的动因、特点和问题视域。关于国际关系伦理的讨论具有相当明显的现实意义，就此所作的思考和探索，不仅有助于加深对当代国际体系性质的理解，也有助于更好地认识和探寻改良现有国际秩序的途径。在对待国际社会中的国际关系伦理问题上．现实主义和理想主义各执其说，但均未独树一帜。包括中国在内的发展中国家作为全球化进程中的“弱势群体”，如何建构一个反映全球化背景下发展中国家的立场、视角、国际处境和利益需求的国际关系伦理框架，是我国国际关系理论界的一项重要任务。

A Preliminary Research into the International Relations Ethics

Discussing the ethics of international relations is significant obviously today, namely it not only helps us understand the nature of modern international system but also contribute to quest for the ways to improve the present international order. The realistic school and the idealistic school disagree on the international relations ethics in international society. It is an important task for Chinese theoretical circle to construct an international relations ethics mould reflecting the own standpoint, viewpoint, international situation and interest of the developing countries including China.
