陶瓷制品红外热成像无损检测的研究

摘    要:利用红外热成像测温技术进行陶瓷制品无损检测的研究,并通过计算机数值模拟,用有限元法研究了陶瓷制品红外无损检测的可行性,找出了影响红外无损检测的一些内在因素和外在因素以及红外检测陶瓷制品的一些基本规律,从传热的角度上探讨了红外无损检测的机理,为陶瓷制品的无损检测开辟了一种新的途径。

Abstract:In this paper, the nondestructive testing of ceramic products is studied by using infrared thermal imaing technology. By using computer simulation and FEM theory, the results of study show the feasibility of non--destructive testing the ceramic bodies with infrared thermal imaging technology,and the internal and external factors that influence the infrared thermal imaging nondestructive testing,and some essential laws are found out. The evidence of infrared nondestructive testing for ceramic body is theoretically investigated, which gives a new way for NDT of ceramic body.
