| 摘 要： | 基建项目的投资控制关键在于设计阶段，本文系统研究了设计阶段投资控制的方法及其模式，在此基础上，运用价值工程给出了限额设计的分配模型，并对招标方式的选择给出了具体的操作模式及方法，充分运用这些模式和方法可将设计阶段的投资控制到一个合理的范畴．

| Abstract: | The key stage of investment control of construction project is the design stage. In this paper were analyzed systematically the method and model of investment control in design stage. On the basis of analysis mentioned above, the allocation model of closeend design was given by using the method of value engineering, and the manipulation method of the selection of invite bid method was also given. These methods and models will contral the investment of construction project in design stage in a reasonable scale. |
