西方国家国有化的起源给我们的启示

本语文从国际范围考察了国有经济产生的种种原因，包括生产力、生产关系、经济政策和意识形态等。国有经济的功能在于约补或替代市场而不是参与市场；它本质上是一种政权经济，不可能成为真正的完全独立的市场主体，按照市场规则管理和调控。因此对国有经济进行地纯经济改革不可能取得成功。

This paper makes a study of the causes of the emergence of state-owned economy on aworld-wide scale induding foroes of production, reations of produdion, economic policies, social ideology,etc. The function of state-owned economy is to replenish the market instead of rigging it. ln essence,state-owned economy is the one of politital power which cannot become entirely independent and mar-ket-oriented-managed and regulated according to market principles. Therefore, the economic reform ofstate-owned economy alone would possibly go nowhere.
