二烷基亚砜萃取铑的性能与机理研究

摘    要:研究了以SnCl2 为活化试剂, 二烷基亚砜(DEHSO)从Rh-Sn-Cl体系中萃取Rh的性能及机理。结果表明:溶液中未添加SnCl2时,Rh的萃取率很低,随着溶液中Sn]/Rh]的比值增大,Rh的萃取率增大,当溶液中Sn]/Rh]摩尔比达到6以上,HCl浓度为3 mol?L-1时,用1.0 mol?L-1 DEHSO萃取Rh,Rh的萃取率可达到99%。负载有机相中的铑可用5 mol?L-1 HCl + 0.03 mol?L-1 NaClO3进行反萃。机理研究表明该体系是以酸性离子缔合机理进行萃取反应。

Abstract:The extraction properties and mechanism of rhodium complexes with stannous chloride using dialkyl sulphoxide are investigated. In the absence of Sn(Ⅱ), Rh is hardly extracted from low acidity solution. The high extractability of Rh is achieved using the 3 mol?L-1 HCl solution at Sn]/Rh]≥6 as the aqueous phase. At the Sn]/Rh]=6, the extraction percentage of Rh reaches to 99% with 1.0 mol?L-1 dialkyl sulphoxide. Stripping Rh from the loaded organic phase with 5 mol?L-1 HCl + 0.03 mol?L-1 NaClO3 is proposed . The reaction of extracting Rh is acid ion-association extraction.
