二氧化碳甲烷化催化剂的紫外可见光谱研究

摘    要:用固体漫反射紫外可见光谱法对用于二氧化碳甲烷化的第Ⅷ族担载型金属催化剂作了研究。结果表明,担载后的金属主要以氧化物形式分散于载体之上;焙烧温度的提高会促使金属离子进入载体氧化物晶格,生成难以还原的尖晶石结构而影响活性;第二组份金属的加入可对尖晶石的生成起到一定的抑制作用;催化活性随金属担载量提高,但过高的担载量可能引起金属氧化物的游离及烧结

Abstract:The supported group VIII metal catalysts used in the methanation of carbon dioxide are studied by ultraviolet visible spectroscopy of solid diffuse reflectance. The results indicate that supported metals are dispersed on the supports in the form of oxide, that the formation of spinel spices which is given by the occupation of support lattice by transition metal ion is favored by the inscrease of calcined temperature. Spinel is not easy to reduce, so the catalytic activity decreases with the enhancement of calcined temperature, that the formation of spinel may be restrained by the addition of second component, and that the catalytic activity increases with the rising of metal content, but excessive metal may cause the dissociation of metal and agglomeration.
