应用精准设计原理的全板带型钢厂炉机匹配模型

应用精准设计原理,依据产品大纲,在细分钢种和规格的基础上,提出了全板带型钢厂单条生产线炉机匹配的多目标数学规划模型.模型以投资少、炉机产能差距小、转炉实际作业率高以及连铸机加权平均拉速水平高为优化目标.通过改进的分层序列法对模型进行求解,在单一生产线的基础上进行组合,提出了炼钢厂转炉一连铸区段炉机整体配置方法.基于国内某新建钢厂的产品大纲,利用模型验证了其炼钢车间的设计是较优的设计方案.
