新型絮凝剂再生废润滑油工艺研究

摘    要:结合国内外废润滑油再生技术的研究与现状,开发一种新型絮凝剂对废润滑油的无污染、低成本的再生工艺技术。结果表明,在添加量5%、反应温度80℃左右、反应时间30min、搅拌速度200转/min、恒温沉降温度80℃、沉淀时间20h的条件下有最佳的再生效果。试验表明,在该复合再生条件下,经过再生处理后的废油基本上达到了该级别新油的标准。

Abstract:This paper introduces a new flocculants with reference of other renewable technology. The applied in waste lubricating recovering conditions result shows that the optimum conditions are that the addition of flocculant is 5%, reaction temperature is 80 ℃, the rotation rate is 200 rpm, the constant subsidence temperature is 80 ℃, the subsidence time is 20 h. The experiments prove that the renewed waste lubricating can be qualified with the demand of new lubricating at this complexion recovering conditions.
