| 摘 要： | 优化和提高大学生的素质是学校教育的最终目标，心理素质是学生整体素质的重要组成部分。同时也是其他素质得到发展和提高的基础和根本保证。高校图书馆在心理素质培养模式中占有独特的地住。图书馆人应该提高认识，充分发挥图书馆自身的优势，利用多种途径积极地参与到提高大学生心理素质教育的活动中。
