综放工作面扇形区域调采工艺研究

摘    要:为提高综放工作面回采率,兖矿集团杨村煤矿305工作面初采时,需对三角区域实行旋转开采。通过对长刀斜切和短刀斜切2种工艺的旋转角度、切割循环、切割刀数、进刀特点等参数的对比分析,实施了1刀长刀和3刀短刀穿插割煤方式,并对调采工艺提出了要求,达到了良好的效果。

Abstract:In order to improve the recovery rate of fully mechanized working face with sublevel caving,the rotary mining at triangle areas in beginning of No.305 working face in Yangcun Coalmine of Yanzhou Mining Group Co.Ltd.is applied.Through contrastive analysis of such parameters as rotary angles,cutting circles,numbers of cuttings and feed features in two mining technologies,i.e.angle openings of long cutting/short cutting,the alternative coal cutting mode with 1 long cutting and 3 short cuttings is practiced and the requirement for adjusting mining technology is proposed,attaining good effect.
