| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新型智能电度表系统的结构和功能及智能电度表本体的硬件和软件与抄表编程器的组成和结构。该系统可实现对电能多参数、多功能管理，并通过抄表微机与系统机联网运行，实现了编程、抄表、数据处理及营业管理的现代化，减少人工抄表差错，提高工作质量和效率

| Abstract: | The structure and function of a intellectual faculties kilowatt hour meter System,and its hardware,software and the components and structure of the meter reading programmer are introduced,the system can realize the multiparameter and multifunction management for power.By connecting the reading meter microcomputer to the system computer,it can achieve the modernizations of programing,meter reading,data handling and business management.Besides,it can reduce errors made by the operator,and increase working quality and efficiency. |
